This application is provided as an operational business tool for catalogue display, label creation and printing. Use of the software remains subject to internal review, testing and business processes.
Display Studio is intended to assist with retail/device labelling workflows. Users should check prices, grades, colours and model details before printing or sharing labels.
Offline/local-first operation is designed for continuity, but cached or local data may not always represent the latest live server values. Verify important details after reconnecting.
The business using the software is responsible for ensuring it has the right to use uploaded or linked images, product photos and brand-related materials.
Internet outages, browser storage limits, Worker issues or third-party service failures may affect syncing, remote images or login checks. Local-first features reduce disruption but do not eliminate all risk.
Admins should keep backups and review device records, especially after bulk imports or major changes. It remains the operator’s responsibility to confirm business-critical data.
Printed labels should be visually checked before customer-facing use, especially when using custom templates, unusual label sizes or recently edited colours/fonts.
Shared computers should be protected appropriately. Sign out after use where required and restrict admin access to authorised staff.
By using the software, users acknowledge these operational limitations and agree that the business should apply its own checks, approvals and internal procedures.
