Search a device, open it, choose storage/colour/grade and create the label. Built-in devices load before the network.
V5 uses the Workspace session automatically. A second Tags access-code screen is no longer part of the normal Workspace flow. If the Tags service is unreachable, the last synced product cache opens.

V6 Maintenance Mode keeps the embedded catalogue local and blocks live D1 catalogue requests. When an admin enables Online Data Access, live sync becomes available again.
Local/bundled photos are preferred first. Shared online photos are merged when available. Missing photos do not remove the device from the catalogue.
Use Design for one label and Prints for the queue. The queue keeps each item’s design snapshot so later template changes do not rewrite old queue items.
Admin settings stay Online-only. V6 keeps the Settings screen compact and separates user-facing controls from advanced maintenance tools.
