1. Export import template

Download a CSV containing your real device names and colours. You can send this CSV to me, and I can prepare a matching photo pack structure for you.

2. Export current photo mapping

Exports the photo URLs currently known in this browser cache. Useful as a backup/reference and for checking which colours already have photos.

This does not delete or move any R2 files.

3. Bulk import photos

Select the completed manifest CSV and all image files. The software matches model + colour + file_name, compresses each image, then uploads through the existing safe R2 endpoint.

How the pack should look

You do not need folders to match exactly because the CSV controls the mapping. Simple filenames are easiest.

When you give me your exported CSV, I can use those exact model/colour names when preparing the pack so the importer matches correctly.
