Online Data / D1 Access
Pause or resume shared online data access. This setting affects all staff.
When Online Data Access is OFF, the app blocks catalogue, photos, documents, sync, admin data and update-data requests before they leave the browser. The Worker also blocks those routes before D1/R2 access. Login/logout and this maintenance control remain available. The online-only edition must reconnect after maintenance; desktop local mode remains separate.

RMPT Workspace V6 is built for fast label creation, dependable printing and consistent Online/Offline operation. Stable catalogue data loads locally first, packaged photos are available offline where possible, and fresh live data is checked only when a device needs an update.
Backups and restores are designed to preserve existing records. Existing data and stored photos are not removed automatically; permanent deletion remains an explicit Admin action.

Data & Backup
Backups are merge-only. Existing devices, users, settings and R2 files are never deleted automatically.
Full System Backup ZIP
One ZIP with system data, photo mapping and the actual R2 photo files.
R2 → Offline Photos
For large libraries (1000+ photos), choose a folder and Display Studio downloads R2 files directly in batches. No giant Worker ZIP is created.
Restore / Move System
Restore missing data and photos into another installation. Existing records and R2 objects are skipped.
Offline Photo Pack
Import the R2 Photos ZIP into this browser. Photos are stored in IndexedDB and can load when R2/server is unavailable.
Separate Data Backups
Keep users, devices and photo mapping separately when you do not need the full ZIP.
Catalogue
Device Database
Search and manage catalogue entries. Server changes require an administrator account.
Global Fonts & Label Style
Global fonts and label style save to the existing server defaults. Local desktop changes stay on this device.
